Most industrial companies have staff to handle routine repairs and maintenance of their equipment and facilities. 
      However, some projects, while simple in nature, such as moving an office door, can be very time consuming. 
      Other projects, like the installation of a heavy piece of equipment, are much more complex and require expertise in areas such as foundation excavation and forming, soils analysis, concrete loading strengths, etc. 
      Logistically, these projects can also be very interruptive.  We work closely with operations personnel to ensure the project gets completed with a minimum of plant down time.
